"During my tenure of 5+ years with this company, I had the opportunity to cover for the entire state at times of their need, and even extend my services to other states upon requirement. Although designated as a part-time employee, I was often assigned full-time into overtime hours that were not commensurate with my position. Despite fulfilling the roles of a full-time representative in the past, the management refused to acknowledge my commitment and refused me a full-time position, justifying that there was no need for full-time in my area. Moreover, I did not receive a pay raise throughout my employment, despite raising this concern with several direct managers (which I went through at least a dozen in a 3 year period) and providing them with appropriate justification. The upper management lacked professionalism and honesty, and their conduct was unacceptable at times. Hence, my experience with the company was not as per my expectations."
