1.2 DO NOT WORK FOR OR WITH THIS COMPANY! I cannot emphasize enough how toxic this company is and honestly don’t know where to start - whether it's the racism, sexism, passive-aggressive and toxic work environment, no opportunity to grow, you name it, this is not a good place to work. The company runs its recruiters on a pyramid scheme. They lie from the start about how much you can make in commission, while paying their employees a base salary that is not enough to live off of, especially in a city, and promising 20k more than you will be making in actuality, despite working the insane hours they are expecting. They require you to be “on call” one day a week, meaning if someone needs to fill a temporary job over the weekend, you have to be on your phone at crazy hours of the night/morning to fill the position, and they will get mad at you if you do not answer your phone (even on weekends, holidays, or on vacation). I can’t say enough about how toxic the environment is - whenever something goes wrong with a client or a candidate, even when it is out of anyone's realm of control (an illness, emergency, etc.) they blame it on their recruiters. Management would constantly be talking about how they “didn’t have time to eat during the day” and missed lunch because they were working so hard, and were passive-aggressive to people who took their lunch break, cared about their mental health and work-life balance, or left the office at 5 pm. They mask their controlling and toxic environment by saying it is “encouraging” when in actuality, they are comparing and pitting coworkers against each other so they can work them harder and make more money for the company. There is a high level of micromanagement - Employees were required to work on Zoom calls, masked to be “fun”, but in actuality were implemented to control employees and flag them down for anything they might have done wrong. 4.8 I found Beacon Hill to not only be a staffing company but a company that cares for its employees and did its best to place them in the right work environment and went above and beyond to make sure we could work remotely on our project instead of laying us off during this pandemic. Needless to say, the project ended during the last week of May, but for several months Beacon Hill and especially our project manager were instrumental in making sure we remained employed. I respected the companies dedication and assistance to its employees and not hesitate to work for the company again!

3.1 The company is fantastic. The people that I worked with were easy to get a hold of, and they did as much as they could to help when they could. I really appreciated how they kept up with me through my contract, and they continue to help out whenever I need help. Overall, this is a fantastic company. A lot of my ratings has to do with the place I was contracted to, and not the company that contracted me.
