"Yes, go in and do the job you are hired to do and let know one get close as this is just a distraction and may cloud your judgement."

"The Management Staffs lack of seeing specific employees obvious short comings and that with those types of employee their lack of loyalty and readiness to throw anyone under the bus. This makes for an uneasy work place environment. Also, lack of support from your Manager and/or Supervisors."

"Open your eyes and see the loyal employees and recognize the ones closet to you and in your shadow as persons who are keeping you close as a distraction to mask their short comings."
