2.3 I was employed for several years at this NY location. The management on all levels disrespects and threatens the wait and counter staff daily. It is a hostile, erratic workplace where yelling and screaming in front of customers and staff is acceptable. They stress teamwork but yet do not promote it. The wait staff is a great bunch of people but the morale is in the pits. I dreaded going to work.

1.9 Management on every level disrespects wait and counter staff daily. Lets you know if you don't like it, leave. Extremely unprofessional and hostile work environment. Constant screaming and name calling is heard by both employees and patrons. Employees actually all get along with one another. But there is a definite hostility by management towards the staff.
