"Working here at Best Buy definitely has its perks, but my problem is the personal strain I have to deal with because of my immediate supervisor and manager. I am treated as a supervisor, with their responsibilities, when I do not have those job duties listed on my job description. If I am to be treated like one, promote me. Being the 1 full-time guy in my department, I am expected to be the leader of everyone else. It is frustrating that I get yelled at for stuff I didn't do."
