"My journey with Beyond began 2019. It was a medium size company with a small open office culture. Overall people enjoyed each other with opportunity to move up quickly. The fall of 2019 the company started increasing the manpower and hiring outside of the company. There is nothing wrong with hiring outside as long as the people hired are knowledgeable about the processes of the day to day operations and they are listening to the employees. The company is not the same and the pay structure has decreased and the managers are numbers driven only. They are not concerned with the clients they serve. Many of the clients are terminating the program. No clients means no jobs security."
