"Even though having an extremely competitive work environment, there was not much scope for career improvement, as promotions and responsibilities were given to employees not according to the capability and achievements, but on the number of years spent by the employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion would be to ask the newly recruited employees, especially through university recruitment, to ask for their preferences of their work profile before their assignment. This would help the management to get the maximum out of them. Another suggestion would be to recognize talent in the workforce and reward it with promotions or awards."
