"I worked at big lot thinking I was going to learn something new because I have never worked at a store that sells food and furniture.but there employees are bad at management when you apply they put you on the computer and expect you too know what your doing by the computer teaching you when you on the floor no one tells you what to do or explains you have to figure it out on your own and when you go and ask a manager they don’t even explain to you they just say do this and this but no example is giving very horrible experience the store is very bad managed…"
