"Long commute, short term goals of the company were not in line with profitabiliy goals and therefore restructuring caused lay offs."

"Have good working systems in IT working for all, and make them uniform for the company. At times, it seemed that the majority of the work was being done manually for many tasks that may have been performed faster ans more efficiently if automated. Although not in my case, managers need to make sure they keep communiction lines open, are organized and plan the subordinate daily activities under exact parameters to avoid duplication and inefficiency with the end result."
