"Great people and work environment. Training was good. Rewards and bonus were good. Overall an excellent place to work."

"No, it's been a few years. So, I'm sure things have changed since I interviewed with BMC."
What don't you like about working at BMC Software?
"When I was with BMC there were constant layoffs. It was a drip drip drip approach to finding the right size for the company. This created a drain on the people and a distraction as everyone was constantly on the phone with headhunters and on interviews to be prepared for the next round of layoffs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try and do layoffs less frequently. A larger layoff is better than two small rounds of layoffs."
