"Worked at eatsa / Brightloom for just over 3 years. In that time there were multiple rounds of layoffs due to the company constantly changing ideas and priorities. Leadership does not communicate with the workforce as to how they are planning on steering the company which creates miscommunication and leads to cycling on work that may eventually be deemed irrelevant. Brightloom needs to learn how to focus."
