"make sure you know what you in for, because the person they have in there now as operation manager does not know what she is doing, don't read reports, or actually know what's going on with the client, and she doesn't ask questions."

"Owner doesn't know what to do in situtations upon arrivial, not sure if he knows whats going on now.You're never able to get in touch with them after hours,"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"get the previous help back in office, they were easier and much better to talk with.paperwork not up to date, don't do good back ground information on workers, don't place clients with client needs or like. client phoned op manager and stated what she did not like and nothing was done about it. and as today nothing done about it.when in there website it states places clients with the right person."

"It was a challenging position. I enjoyed my job and it was personally a rewarding job. I learned alot, running a new startup company."

"Being a Startup company, it had its demanding but challenging tasks learning a wide range of new components to a new business. I am very proud of how I handled each challenge."

"If you want to work alot of hours or really need money, seek employment elsewhere."
