"The pay at Brookdale Senior Living is below the industry average and definitely not enough for the work that goes into the role. Opportunities for a raise changed with management, but nevertheless the company can improve by increasing wages. I started as a Server in 2006 and was promoted each year until I became an Associate Director in 2009. I started in the role in 2009 at about $40k and finished in 2019 at $65k. Other Associate Directors make over $100k."
