"The company all the way from the top is set up for failure. For many months the restaurant doing several million dollars in business had a single manager on the floor on busy Friday and Saturday and actually all nights. Servers were robbing the place blind, service was horrible, and nobody seemed to give a damn. Headquarters didn't care one bit, and complained they wanted more and more sales. Managers bitched and complained about the hours they worked. Morale still is in the garbage."
