"No organization outside of their ticketing system, which is cheap garbage (ECI Mobiltech). You'll have to pay for your tools and get reimbursed, so be prepared for you to be told they aren't paying you for a tool you need. They say they are getting a new building, but the one they are currently in is a rat's nest that's falling apart. I love cats, but they don't care for it beyond the minimum, so expect fleas in the workplace. I could always hear critters running in the ceiling. They treat their clients poorly, so have fun dealing with that backlash when you are trying to service clients' equipment. Was promised a company car valued at $7000 and a laptop. Got a 2003 Toyota Matrix with 300000 miles and a Core Duo compact Desktop, both broke within a month of use."
