"I worked for CareCredit for nearly 16 years. It is a company driven by ethics. The opportunity for advancement is dependent on department. Those that work in marketing have the most opportunity. Those that work in customer service have the least."
"I wouldn't recommend working for CareCredit. The Costa Mesa office moved to the MET which is a nightmare and against what they promised everyone. IT is a joke because everything is constantly broken and productivity suffers massively. The company doesn't have a clear plan and is very frustrating."
"CareCredit is a very good company."
"I worked for CareCredit/Synchrony Financial for almost 16 years. I started out assisting the sales team by qualifying and distributing leads and doing quality control and data input on contracts before forwarding them onto our underwriting group. I tracked the process of the enrollments and made sure that new clients got the best start possible. I then moved onto the operations department. The focus there was with servicing existing clients rather than getting new clients started. In every case, it was about doing exceptional customer service at whatever stage of the lifecycle they were. CareCredit can be an amazing place to work for those interested in providing high levels of customer service. The corporate office in Costa Mesa has especially positive opportunities for those wanting to work in marketing or training."
