"I've worked for Century Snacks since 2018. There is no chance for career growth and the place is overly political. The problem is the company is owned by a private equity company who doesn't care about its employees. Upper management constantly goes behind each others back without any communication."
"Worked at CenturySnacks for 2.5 years. Company was front loaded with high level remote Exectives who where out of place in a small to medium sized company. This lead to bloated board room and a thin workforce. Sales never materialized since the acquisition but the debt of the executives and upfront cost did leading to three continues years of downsizing."
