"Just be honest and confident in your capabilities. JPS is a learning hospital/health network so entry level is welcomed."

"Allow medical assistants to do more on the clinical side."

"Lab manager was demeaning to employees when mistakes were made. Too many pointless meetings that could have been addressed in an email."

"Believe in the employees ability to get their work done and not micromanage."
