Company is a good company overall, however lack of training to employees and various mergers of different parts of the business CL/FM have left the business somewhat fragmented which can result in lack of understanding of the business at senior manager level and up."

"Concentrate on getting the job done and stop worrying about how you look in front of others."

"Micromanagement! The company will be quick to put the blame on anyone of their employees as long as it doesn't tarnish its own reputation."

"It's always helpful when you build a culture where honesty is the driver. Lying to your customers only hurts you at the end."

"Work is satisfying and rewarding but sometimes expectations can be be extremely difficult to attain (for instance, sales growth for 2012 was a 40% increase)."

What don't you like about working at CEVA Logistics?

"French culture is quite different than American culture, i.e., French government forces many benefits for employees so there's a feeling that doing the minimum is good enough."

"Company needs to adopt better understanding of business and American worker's needs."
