"I've worked for Cheesecake Factory for 1 year now and it is a great company for anyone who is either looking for temporary work or looking to move up into management and beyond. One small issue is the time it takes to be respected and to get consistent schedules as they make new employees work food running shifts which pay about 25% of what a server would make on that same shift. Also, CCF requires employees be scheduled standby shifts which are shifts where you must call them at a specific time to see if they need you or not. So you never know if you're working or not so you can never make plans."
"I have worked with the Cheesecake Factory for almost four years. I have grown as an employee and moved up the ranks."
"When I started working for this company a year ago, it was the best job I'd ever had. I loved everything about it from the people to the resources we had and management was awesome. I started as a line cook and thought I'd do what they offered, which was to move to another position, so I became a prep cook. I originally liked working in the prep kitchen until, I rarely had what I needed to complete my ridiculously huge tasks and trouble getting a raise."
