"The compensation was not always competitive but they are working on bringing the pay up to date. With good leadership, this can be an amazing place to work, and most of the time I had that. Helping children of the community is very fulfilling and I loved my time with CHKD. When I move back to the area, I always check them first because they are usually hiring."
