"At times, senior leadership was appressive at the staff level, as well as managerial level, and it required much follow up with the employees to support them and guide their responsiveness."

"The tech staff performing duties in the core lab were commendable individuals with spark and personality. We worked together as a team and truly left the end of the day feeling like we had performed our best and performed exceptional and timely care for the patients."

What don't you like about working at Christus Health?

"The management skills for the Operations manager and head chemistry technicians were not very well. They unfortunately were not goal oriented and took no responsibility for errors that occured on their behalf. Also, they had very poor communication skills which included verbally yelling at associates in the middle of the laboratory and obscene emails that were distributed to the entire laboratory staff without provoction."

"Come in knowing the position will put you at a better chance of fairing at the company."

"Managment don't understand enough about the jobs they are management to run the department efficiently."

"Work on training packages first before placing individuals on the floor."
