"Do not work for this place. the job is insecured, lay off is happening every quarter, the place is a mess inside. FAA will knock on their door anytime soon for all the illegal practices."

"Get rid of the current Management. Get the new management that understand the business and respect the employees. Right now, they are treating employees like crap."

"the nepotism, the constant lay offs, the lack of benefits after being laid off--they are just not a company that is secure and fair and on the up and up."
