"It's a contract to hire job that isn't a guaranteed hire, and the company is downsizing slowly"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Inform Administration what your plans are on a project and allow Administration to sit in on meets of developing the network with Administrations opinions on top of what you think should happen may not be the best idea. But Administration may know a better way of doing the project at it's least expense because of experience in these types of projects."

"With a new managment team came drastic changes to the HR policies that were unfair to the hourly workforce and crushed moral and productivity"
