Cisco is the only company in the world which offers end to end solutions on network. Being so big, sometimes the decision making process is slow because of lots of components being involved. Other than that. it is a great company to work for."

The company is using more contractors while the permanent workforce reduces. I will continue working here as the ability to work remotely from home is very appealing."

"Allow some leeway in work/life balance. Being on call 24/7/365 for years at a time creates undue stress on family relationships."
