"I have worked at CITI for almost 2 years and have found that this it not a place to grow in an IT career. Little or no emphasis is placed on using current or new technology hence, there is no learning over time. The work life balance will be different doormen on the department but I think there is room for improvement."

The company seems unstable. Very high turnover rates over the last 5 years. Offices lack professional looks & very deficient in technology"

"What I enjoyed the least about the company was that it was too sales driven."

"Management has done their part in providing proper training, excellent customer service skills, and able to show that work is enjoyable while keeping their professionalism."

"I get to work from home and my manager does not micro manage."

"Beware - CitI makes all contractors take nine straight days off regardless if you get vacation pay or not."

"they don't give us the appropriate hardware/software to get the job done as it should be done"

"CitI was a steady job, good benefits, some nice people."

"the district manager and my manager took me for granted and the regional manager lied to keep me from a promotion that would have moved me from the region."

"Treat your employees better and keep up with current salary trends."

"I liked my coworkers. We worked well together and made assisted each other when we could help."

"We had to go pick up payments at houses. It was very dangerous."

"I do not believe this part of Citibank is still in business."

"I loved everything about it, but when they were sold off to Santander everything changed for the worse with the new company"

"Didn't like the new company, however citI was a dream come true loved everything about it."

"I would tell Santander to stop micromanaging and show you care a little about the employee"

"Working in this company was amazing we had fun everyday. Management kept us on our toes. It was fun going to work it was never dual."

"You need to make sure that the company expect you to the your best for the company and our customers. And I totally agree with that."

"No company is Perfect, but we also had disagreements that was also solve, very promptly."

"I was very happy at Citi, but the Real Estate department was shut down and the laid the entire department."
