What do you like about working at Axelon?
"Paid well, short term contract. Time reported via on-line time keeping software."

"Watch contract end dates, report time worked on time through software program"
What don't you like about working at Axelon?
"No benefits, vacation or sick days because it was a temporary placement position"

"None. Hired to do a job that I knew how to do"

"Dealing directly with the president and providing ideas which were mostly accepted."

"Be honest, be correct and don't be afraid to ask questions. These are amazing people that like to get ideas for improvement."

"Traffic, parking, lunch facilities, work station, telephone system and location."

"Not much but I suggest they form a team of Return To Work to assist the clients. This would greatly benefit the business."

"I like the steady paycheck, easy flexible schedule, helping others, and using my communicative skills."

"This is not an innovative company. They are very cautious about the choices they make in the business world. Be careful what department you choose to work in. Plan on being micromanaged."
What don't you like about working at State Farm Insurance?
"There is no creativity. I have very little choices as to where to go from here. There is little job satisfaction."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest more positive reinforcement, less criticism, more one-on-one coaching, less nit-picking, more collaboration, time to communicate face-to-face, and less conference calls that go nowhere."

"Knowing that my peers also managed the demands made the job tolerable."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The pasture is not greenere there. Matter of fact its fairly brown. Dont bother even tho the compensation is farly decent. Most people were employed 3-5 years and either left on own from burn out or were terminated for failing to stay ontop of workloads."
What don't you like about working at ACE Group?
"The workload was unfairly balanced between offices. I believe I was ultimately setup to fail. While I was not terminated and received goods reviews, I was ultimately laidoff due to upper managements personal dislike."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Eliminate the cut throat culture and intimidation tactics especially when brokers were present."

"Be specific in your questions about hours and who your supervisors will be and the local vision for the company"

"Management is from out of state. They are not in touch with what's going on at the local level at all"

"Out of state management needs to actually pay attention to what's going on in the local offices"

"It's a stable company to work for. I like the employees and flexible schedule."

"I dislike employees who don't carry their weight and arrive late for their shifts."
