"I was hired for a job (Clinical Project Manager) I was not allowed to do."
What do you like about working at Pharmaceutical Product Development?
"I loved the Culture and the People I worked with. I was 50/50 between two areas Wilimington, NC and Baltimore Maryland. I enjoyed both of them but loved the Baltimore Region because of the Project Manager. She was great."
What don't you like about working at Pharmaceutical Product Development?
"Lack of career growth for Regional Based CRA's. Employee's working in a Home Based Office and out in the field should have opportunity for advancemen. The reason I say this is that you are it and don't have the support that in house people recieve. Like if your computer goes down etc."

What do you like about working at Axiom xCell?
"I appreciated the opportunites for education and growth I received while at Axiom. I worked hard and always went above and beyond and was most often rewarded for such dedication and loyalty to the company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unfortunately I would not recommend that others interview with this company, trust has been lost, I wouldn't put another person in such a position."
What don't you like about working at Axiom xCell?
"In the last year while at Axiom, Axiom struggled financially and failed to put their employees first. Trust was lost with pay periods missed, paychecks provided although the company had insufficient funds, and travel expenses not reimbursed for company travel/work related expenses that were invoiced/paid by clients. I spent 6.5yrs working hard and always giving 150%, it is disappointing to see this happen."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think a company needs to think about their employees, and at at the end of the day they need to be able to say they did everything they could to ensure those employees were taken care of."
What do you like about working at Aerotek?
"I liked the high salary because it was contract work. There was a high degree of latitude to formulate and execute plans, and easy access to upper management when necessary."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask if the recruiter has met with the hiring manager at the company you will be placed at."
What don't you like about working at Aerotek?
"Aerotek is an agency that finds contracts to fill. I have no complaints about the positions I held through their efforts - Tap and Boston Scientific."

"A great bank to work for but the school system and area was not favorable to raise children."
What don't you like about working at Carter-Wallace?
"They took a very conservative approach after patients developed aplastic anemia, which could be pinpointed to our drug. They decided to shut down R and D, in preparation for the law suits. The company folded."

"you work 7 days a week 14 hour days. no work life balance, inexperienced senior manager unrealistic expectations."
