"Do not fudge your credentials either you have it or you do not. If you are a go with the flow type of person and have what they are looking for you will excel!. They seem to be looking for people between 25-40 yrs of age with credentials and degrees. A GED will not get you into Com Dev. This is a high-tech organization!!!"
What don't you like about working at COM DEV International?
"I found that career advancement was virtually impossible, if you did not have a degree you would never advance past a supervisor/ /Program Buyer/Senior Program Buyer."

"When looking at people to promote from within often experience in other areas can make up what they lack in other areas."
