"The customers were appreciative of the services being provided which made the experiences with each person unique and pleasant."

"Being a field agent required having money to start with. With proper planning of a sales/customer route more opportunities were available, unfortunately, I was unable to afford the money I had to put in my gas tank to service the customer assignments we were given. Essentially, by the time I was getting paid, it went right back into my gas tank. I didn't have the money to continue this pattern until I began to receive commissions from the policies I was selling."

"Nothing this was the by far lowest form of employment I have ever attempted. The slogan GIVE US A YEAR AND WE WILL BLEED YOU DRY Should be the logo!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dont do it! I now sell carpet and flooring as an independent contractor. My appointments are set by the company, I cold call when I WANT TO, and I average 1500-2500 a week even in this economy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend some of the money you guys keep bragging about having, on advertising and pre set appointments from the people who call in NOT and I repeat NOT cold calling as that dinosaur mentality tried to brainwash all those stupid people. Cold calling should be a secondary extra for the job. Not the only way, that's foolish and backwards thinking!"

"A varied group, a lot of employees have been with the company for decades. Showing them respect will take you a long way."

"The worst neighborhood on the north side. major turnover & layoffs make it nerve-racking, because there wasn't enough communication."

"you've got multiple location already, and there's a lot of property available to rent in this recession. Move out of the broadway building!!"
