"The Navy is so big that it is clogged with bureaucracy and inefficiencies."

"Choose a good subordinate and let him take the reigns without micro management."

"Nothing, I really enjoy this company.It was one project at Tribeca NY, which allow me to understand in a more creative way the construction phases."

"Sometimes we would have too many projects going at one time and it would get hard to give them all the personal attention they needed."

"UCF is the 2nd largest university in the US. It's humbling to be a part of the growth of the university."

"The State has many layers of red tape which need to be handled in order to be hired. Be patient and don't expect a salary comperable with the private sector."

"There is no chance for advancement within the facilities planning department."

"More open communication with all staff members; taking experience into consideration in lieu of a irrelevent degree."
