4.3 I worked for CEB for 2.5 years. It is a forward looking company, with lots of smart people who analyze businesses and identify best practices that can be adapted by other companies for their own improvement (that is its business model). Camaraderie is very good and coworkers usually care for each other. You can learn a lot from them and from upper management. The company is expanding and globalizing, and as such, it's facing new challenges that it's just beginning to figure out how to address.
