"Too many clicks, the management staff in the nursing areas and the director were non-professional. The director did not take a compassionate interest in the employees or residents. IVery unprofessional atmosphere."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train your staff with professional training. Do not train your staff with an untrained assitant or with someone who does not have time to answer questions , or they are away taking too many vacations. No one has a xlue over there. Very poor management."
