"It was a self directed sales position with some supervision. Lots of great smart people to work there."

"Didn't alway have complete control of your destiny. If you had a bad underwriter handling your finance deals it could be frustrating."

"They needed more consitent way to evalute the credit files of customers. They were all over the board. They ended up losing there ability to sell of loan portfolios because they were careless about the quality of paper they signed up."
