"Company needs work, no standards or procedures in place. Just do it his way!"

What do you like about working at Cricket Communications?

"What work they would allow me to participate in - I loved my job and all of the aspects to it. I was hired with no experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"A job is a job... do your best and whatever happens happens."

What don't you like about working at Cricket Communications?

"With any company there is politics. I am a straightforward person. I did not like being in a group that lied to management to show great numbers where the numbers were not great. It misleads customers and investors. I would not take part in this activity. Quick fixes and band-aids on equipment is no way to operate. I prefer setting up preventive measures."

"A great place to learn the ropes in the RF field."

What do you like about working at Cricket Communications?

"I liked Cricket Communications because they brought me into the RF position without any experience in RF Design and opto, but they allowed me the opportunity to work and learn from peers. I liked that the company was involved in our community and seemed to act with social responsibility. There is a huge of list of things I liked working there."
