"Keep an eye on the employees who show initiative and drive and support that desire whether it be at a minimum good job and maximum bonuses or at least help pay for continued education or compensate in some form or another. I came to Culver City in the second year of my bachelors and no I am in the Doctorate program with no help or support from my employer but yet they benefit from all the knowledge I have acquired. I have not seen a raise in three years. I am dedicated but it is time to move on."
