"Don't expect to learn from this company. Training although is offered is not a guarantee. Poor management does not care about your needs such as training or additional job duties. You will not have the tools to do your job. I had to purchase my own tools to do my job. They make it well known that they hold you back. Keep you in a position where you cannot advance. Teamwork where I was located was a joke. The team watched movies as I worked through the summer cleaning laptops, performing updates, and fixing keyboards. There is hardly any communication. When you wrote to this manager, I was working with didn’t write back. Days went by and there was still no response from this manager. If you report anything to the upper chain of command, it won't go anywhere. Do not expect to learn or gain any additional tools to do your job. Such as admin rights. You WILL have to wait for others, which may take up to 2 to 3 hours to get things fixed. Even if the server is down all that is needed is to restart the server. If you are a follower, this is the job for you. If you are a leader and wish to progress in your career, this is not the company for you."
"This is a small offshoot of Custom Computer Specialists called Conexsys. The office environment is super friendly and homey. Their associates are well versed in their craft and willing to help any all. I will truly miss my time here."
"I started working for the company in 2013. I'm working outside of the main complex. I have little to no interaction with my co-workers. I see my supervisor every couple of months. Other than little contact from the mother ship. I make or break the account I am assigned to currently. There are a lot of benefits to working for custom. Yearly review to see if you are eligible for a raise, 401k, vision, dental, health, life insurance. CEO is a great guy and loves his cars."
"The lack of communication at this company is frightening. I recall working on the same project as peers. Of course we took the heat for it. Do not work here unless you enjoy mouse droppings, spiders, and dead bugs in your work environment. Facility is disgusting, staff is rude (especially those in the Solution Services and HR Departments). I cannot take this place seriously and am more than happy to be leaving this company. Do yourself a favor and look into CA (Computer Associates Technologies)."
"Mostly offsite contract work, onsite location is nice, people are nice, contractors are treated very poorly, pay is very low compared to jobs elsewhere, no compensation for expenses."
