"The benefits package is adequate, other than that there is nothing to like about this position"

"Don't do it, this is a family owned business that does not solicit ideas or suggestions, will not accept them and offers very little in the way of communication and virtually no training"
What don't you like about working at Crown Equipment?
"No opportunity for advancement either financially or professionally. Company on local level very disorganized. There is no clear definition or job description. Training is non-existent. Employee suggestions or ideas are not encouraged or accepted. Too much micro-management. Family owned business where everything is a secret"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There needs to be better communication with employees, the plan if there is one needs to be explained to employees. Less micro-management."

"Relaxed environment and Marshall (Owner) was great to work with."

"Just know that they are a very small company and the economy effect on it is large and fast. Other than that they are great to work for."
What don't you like about working at Alliance Computers?
"That sales slowed and I got laid off. Like I said I enjoyed the work and the customer base."

"Once the economy is back on track I'd say they need to hire more salesmen."
