I enjoy the environment in the Pharmacy when there is low work-load; and, the best part of working in Pharmacy is when majority of employees are working together to finish pending works. "I believe they should ask about what kind of training will be provided and what is expected of each individual on a daily basis."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"We are the only pharmacy in town and do more prescriptions than the bigger cities. It is generally extremely busy with very little training available. Most days it is so busy, a person feels like you are doing too many things at one time. It is a very stressful and hectic environment the majority of my working hours. I want to feel like I'm doing my best at providing the best service to our customers/patients. We lack adequate space and the proper training of new employees for this to be possible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The Pharmacy needs to be remodeled to be 100% efficient. The training regimen needs to be revamped."
