What don't you like about working at CVS?

"The division in which I worked was bought and sold four times in five years. That led to a lot of confusion about direction and priority. It also created a tense envirnoment at times due to layoffs and efficiencies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reduce the amount of chiefs. Too many leaders give confusing and sometimes contractictory direction. Just when you think you have the message clear, someone comes along and changes it all again."
