"I worked for daltile for 2 years from 2017 to 2019 and enjoyed every bit of it. During my two years there I was able to learn different things and move up quickly. I went from a checker to a forklift driver, to the shipping office in such a short time. My favorite thing about working there was it felt like a family... I consoled some co-workers during their hardships and celebrated others during their triumphs. The only reason I resigned was that the schedule no longer worked for me and there were no spots open on the other shifts for the position I held."

"Management is very efficient through the hiring process, probably due to the extensive practice since the turnover is so high."
What don't you like about working at Daltile?
"Bleeding edge technologies. No capital investments into systems, running DOS based JD Edwards. The company is run on Excel Spreadsheets."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Mangement had knee jerk reactions. Turnover was unbelievable. Listen to the employees and plan for tomorrow and not just live for today."
