"Working in an ever changing enviroment with good experienced people. I went to Del from another job I enjoyed to go to an enviroment I enjoyed and presented a challenge."

"I was hired to do a certain job and I was being held back due to being given other responsibilities. That in itself was not a problem. Just needed a meeting of the minds."
