"Deloitte is a tremendous firm that takes care of its employees and provides the support and training necessary to help people jumpstart their careers. One slight area of warning for would-be consultants is that the work DC does is skewing more and more towards long-term, large scale implementations of ERPs, planning suites, etc. These large projects are certainly worthy work to do, but they definitely have less of the free-form strategic excitement that used to be associated with management consulting."
"A short time at the firm, was impacted by the COVID 19 layoffs."
"Deloitte was a fantastic place to begin a career. The training resources, as well as engagements that an early career professional was given the opportunity to be exposed to, was irreplaceable for a first job. I would recommend to anyone considering a career in accounting or business consulting."
"Strong integrity values, inclusive, very helpful innovation tools,"
"I worked for Deloitte as a Senior QA Lead/QA Team Architect. I got a chance to work with an amazing team. Managers treated all the team members very well and were very open to feedback from team members. However, due to the impact from covid they had to layoff a lot of there employees."
