"Eliminate unproductive processes to allow sales professionals to prospect and sell new businesses."

"stay out of the office politics. do your job and stand firm in what you believe in."

"the worst thing about working there were some of the choices made for management positions. either they played favorites or they were poor at managing their team."

"better qualified managers. listen to your director. stop playing favorites. work with you sales team and teach them. remember that everyone has a life outside of the office and they need to be with their families. don't hold someone back from advancing if just because you don't want them leaving your department or because you don't think there ready."

"Working face to face with business owners and executives, and helping them grow their business. Compensation was great."

"Very negative atmosphere. Too much focus on process and not on results."
