"I've worked for DialAmerica for about 4 years. It was an incredible experience. My direct supervisor, was a great individual who helped me get through the process of integrating myself into this company. The job itself was rather difficult, as it was hard for me to get potential clients interested. However, the rewards were great! I would recommend this company to anyone as a corporation to work for."
"I was a part time manager in Indianapolis. I was lied to by upper management a thousand times. They promised me a full time job for over a year but I found out that the Call Center Manager was lying to me the whole time and although he promised me every day that it was coming he was never really going to give it to me. Are these the kind of people that you want to work for? Management here is awful and they make the work environment awful. They should rename Indianapolis THE REVOLVING DOOR for both agents and staff."
"Previously worked at dial for over three years. Left because of pay. Pros... hours and very nice co-workers. Cons... The pay is horrible. $8 an hour plus commission. They change commission every week so you cannot make much money. The office head manipulates the commission you can make. It's a revolving door. Very depressing, could be a good job if they paid fairly. They don't get it."
"I've only worked here for just under a year, but it is a good place to work and the work atmosphere is great."
"If you're serious about being a real sales agent and working at a decent company that has morals and values and that isn't failing, this isn't the place for you. Here's why: low compensation, poor management, no room for growth, very unprofessional environment, no morals or sense of integrity and unstable environment to work in with regard to staffing and equipment needs."
"Great experience. Gained some telecommunications experience"
