"The pay at Allied Universal Security is decent and different from working within the corporate branch and if you work in the field at an account you manage. Being a 3rd party has its pros and cons. Depends on the type of account you manage and how much work you do and put it is how much you should be getting paid. At my current account, I believe I do a lot more than most directors do. I have to be a jack of all trades here and have a lot of knowledge in every department to be successful at this location. It definitely keeps you on your toes and busy daily. Your day is never the same or mundane. Most directors in the state of Arizona make anywhere between $50k a year to $70k a year. I believe I am one of the highest paid directors within our company in just the state of Arizona alone."
