"I did an internship with Disney over the course of 6 months and I believe it allowed me to create the building blocks I needed to have a firm foundation and future in my career. "Well if you live to have fun and grow with great learning experiences then this is for you."
"I worked for Walt Disney World for a little over one year and enjoyed every second of it. I recently got laid off due to the pandemic and wanted to pursue a career in the field that I studied in college. The work environment was fun and energizing and the company runs great overall."

"My internship experience was from June 2019 - June 2020. Even as an intern, I have always felt my role was incredibly important and felt that I was truly apart of the bigger picture. Disney has always helped me and my future endeavors and gave me the support and tools to do so."
"Great company, and great people."
"Professional Bachelor Architect with over 8 years’ experience, Architecture design: residential and commercial buildings. Able to work with diverse projects. Reliable, quick learner new software requirements."
"Decent work environment, interesting events and offerings to work on, overall inexperienced workforce. Performance standards and expectations of techs are often low. Gear is largely new and industry standard. Good relationship with management, hard to get in trouble for anything. Overtime is available if desired."
"I have worked for Disney since 2006. I have enjoyed my time with the company but there has been a lot of transition within the Director and CIO positions which has resulted in a lot of changes including restructuring of the IT multiple times. This means a lot of uncertainty. Often a new Director or CIO comes in and outsources a lot of the jobs. After almost 9 years it can be quite frustrating and the latest round of outsourcing and layoffs has left me without a job."
"I have worked for Disney for 15 + years between 2 internships prior to full time employment. Disney is a great company with good values. If not for having been laid off, I would have made it a life long career."
"I have worked at the company for over 17 years and in the IT department I have seen more outsourcing and degrade of service. I am hopeful that this gets turned around and work is as expected."
"I've worked for Walt Disney World as a Senior Java Developer on the enterprise portal since 2005."
