They are trending towards a more Indian based model, and will most likely implement it across all of their business units."

"I have worked here for about 4 months - the company on a grander scale is okay, but the main concern is there are too many lower level "managers" and the main decision makers are too busy handling and juggling too many things that individual offices get lost in the shuffle.
