"The people are great and the benefits are actually quite generous. It's really close to my home, no long commute."

"This is a service and safety driven company, with an emphasis on compliance with company and payor practices."
What don't you like about working at Praxair?
"Morale is low right now due to a lot of restructuring. We are making efforts to ease the stress with an activities committee. We have a couple areas that are not fully staffed (like mine) and it makes it hard to do high quality work when you're overextended."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give the people you have a chance to show what they can do, but distribute the work flow a little more evenly. Get all the areas fully staffed so we can concentrate on doing the job well instead of struggling to get work out."

"Ebit Information Systems was a wonderful small company. They had a lot of respect for their employees and had a strong desire to balance work and family life for everyone. During my time there I learned a great deal of how to manage a team, and help them succeed through positive reinforcement."

"When interviewing with this company, the applicant must be on the ball with technological know how. This is a technical staffing company, and recruiters must be able to converse easily in all aspects of technology."

"There was not a lot of growth potential for their employees. Ebit Information Systems is a small business who, at the time, was growing rather slowly."
