What don't you like about working at Dollar General?
"I don't like that I have advanced to senior key holder and make only 25 cents more than all of the other workers, who make minimum wage. I think opening and closing a store, doing bank deposits, managing staff, among other duties, is worth more than $7.25 an hour"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay the workers what they are worth. Not everyone deserves minimum wage. I think the pay for experienced managers is ridiculous, and that the GMs should share bonuses."
